Space Center Rotary's spring fundraiser, Springoree, will be held at the Lakewood Yacht Club, 103 Yacht Club Lane, Seabrook, TX 77586 on March 21 starting at 6:00 pm.  The theme is Mardi Gras (the decorations are fantastic!).  Mardi Gras attire and whatever would be appropriate to the theme.  Cocktails at 6:00pm; Dinner at 7:00pm. with choice of beef, fish, or veggie.  The cost is $75 per person including two drink tickets for beer, wine, mixed drink and sodas (soft drinks). 

District 5890 Rotarians always have a GREAT time at the RI Convention and 2013 will be no exception.  The 2013 Rotary International Convention will be held in Lisbon, Portugal, June 22-27, 2013. If you are planning to attend and would like to stay with other District 5890 Rotarians contact District Convention Chair PDG Sunny Sharma ([email protected]) to be added to his list. If you have already made plans to attend let PDG Sharma know to be included in communications about District 5890 events before, during and after the convention.
