Our Governor Sandra (Sandy) Forster, currently retired, is the former owner of SunWest Activewear. SunWest Activewear was a commercial embroidery and promotional products company she owned and operated for over 14 years. SunWest specialized in safety award programs to the Trucking and Transportation industry. |

Proposed Legislation To Be Considered By The 2013 Council On Legislation Of Rotary International 21-26 April 2013 Chicago, IL.
The Constitution of Rotary International provides that the Council on Legislation shall meet every three years at a site determined by the RI Board of Directors.

New Video from RI
In August 2005, Hurricane Katrina flooded 80 percent of New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. More than 100 public schools were destroyed and some 400,000 students were displaced. One year later, Warren Easton Charter High School, the city’s oldest public high school, reopened with help from The Rotary Foundation and volunteers worldwide. |

In honor of World Polio Day (Wednesday, October 24), Rotary has made available for purchase “End Polio Now,” an eclectic album of songs performed by its celebrity polio eradication ambassadors from the music industry, including polio survivors Itzhak Perlman (classical violin); Donovan (folk rock); and Staff Benda Bilili (Congolese soukous). The album (CD) is available via iTunes and at shop.rotary.org.
