The first graduates of the Rotary Leadership Institute for 2013 completed their final session at Ballarat on February 9.

The 3 day, fast paced and interactive leadership course is continuing to increase its participant numbers each year, as the value of providing in depth knowledge of all things Rotary becomes more widely appreciated.

The course covers a wide range of topics that include: Creative Service, Healthy Rotary Clubs, Leadership and Team Building, Membership, The Rotary Foundation, Public Relations, Leadership & Goals, Public Speaking, Rotary Beyond the Club, International Service and more.

The RLI sessions have been run at three venues within District 9780 – Ballarat, Portland and Geelong – Portland and Geelong participants will graduate in the next two weeks.

The dates for RLI 2013-2014 will be announced soon  and Club Presidents and Presidents Elect will receive an invitation to nominate partipants from their Clubs who may benefit from the opportunity to refine their leadership skills and increase their knowledge of Rotary.
